The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or provide your data in the chat, and our interest in handling your request.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we reach an agreement, for the duration of the business relationship. Afterwards it is kept blocked for the periods legally required.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers (for example, hosting and messaging) that act as data processors and comply with data protection law.

7. AI chat assistant

Our assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer your questions. Conversations may be processed through AI providers to generate the replies. We recommend not sharing sensitive data in the chat.
